How do I make a reservation?
Placing a reservation is easy! You can book a cabin online at www.SimpleManCruise.com or over the phone by calling 877-SIXTHMAN (877-749-8462). The cruise goes on sale to the general public on May 18th, 2010, and you must be part of the presale to book before then.
What information will I need to book my cabin?
Before placing your reservation, make sure you have the Sixthman Username for all of your guests. If someone in your reservation does not have a username, they can sign up for one prior to placing the reservation at www.sixthman.net/account.
If you are unsure who your guests will be at the time of booking you can fill in only the information you know and add additional guests later. Be advised that you are obligated for the full cruise fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process so even should you not provide additional guest information to us you are financially responsible for the entire cabin. If you wish to add additional guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional cruise fare associated with the transaction. Adding guests to your cabin is not considered a name change but any change you make to your reservation, including adding guests, after October 15, 2010, is subject to a minimum $75 administrative fee. Please call our office at 877-SIXTHMAN (877-749-8462) if you’d like to make any adjustments to your cabin after the initial reservation is placed.
If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.
What is a Sixthman Username, and how do I create one?
A username is a unique name that grants you access to your online Sixthman profile and reservation. You will use your Sixthman Username to log in throughout the year to view your personal information and reservation, make changes to your reservation, and make payments. If you have traveled with Sixthman already, you have a username and will not need to create one. If you don't know your username, please contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you (easiest method would be to use our LIVE CHAT feature on the website or contact us here)
Your username should be something that is easy for you to remember. It can be your name or nickname, your email address, or any other name that will be easy to remember.
To create a Sixthman username and link it to your reservation: Go to www.sixthman.net/account and click on “click here to register.” Create a unique username and password, and fill in all the information asked for. Once you are done, click “Register.”
How do I sign up for the Simple Man Cruise Pre-Sale?
If you just returned from Simple Man Cruise 2010, you are automatically included in the presale, and you will receive an email with your token number and booking date & time. If you are cruise alumni that did not attend the 2010 event, or have not been on any previous Simple Man Cruises, and would like to be included in the presale, you can sign up at www.simplemancruise.com by clicking on the “Pre-Sale Sign Up” button by April19th. Enter your name and email address, and you will be emailed a token number and booking information on or around April 20, 2010.
What is a token?
A 'token' is a numeric password that will allow you to access the reservation system prior to the public on-sale date. It will be tied to an exact date and time (randomly assigned) when you will be able to access the reservation system to book a cabin.
The token will expire on May 17, 2010 at 11:59 PM EST, or until the successful placement of a reservation, whichever comes first. The cruise goes on sale to the general public on May 18, 2010, so you will not need a token to book a cabin after that.
What is the Referral Program for Simple Man Cruise?
For each new cabin you refer to Simple Man Cruise, you will earn $100 credit to your onboard spending account.
The guest booking the new cabin must put your Sixthman Username in the REFERRAL blank when placing their reservation. Referrals are not retroactive, and cannot be added after the reservation has been made. Referrals do not apply during the pre-sale period, or after October 15, 2010.
Referrals will be reconciled 3 weeks prior to sailing, and will appear on the referrers confirmation. Please contact Sixthman PRIOR TO sailing if you referral does not appear on your confirmation. Referrers will see a $100 credit on their onboard spending account by the third day of the cruise.
All guests in the referred cabin must be new to any Sixthman event, and the referral must be requested at the time of booking or registering for any waitlist.
